Adult

The class is perfect for kids looking to stay active, improve focus, and develop a strong foundation in martial arts.
Youth

Kids
All classes are women only and are organized and coached by Alison Levante in a safe and encouraging environment. Classes focus on basic Jiu-Jitsu skills and self defense. Classes alternate between Gi and No-Gi in order to provide a well rounded experience.
